We will be trying something new this year in order to do our best to keep our staff, students, family and friends healthy and safe. We appreciate your help in making the HCA Gala a success for our school!
What you can expect:
This year, the HCA Annual Auction will be a virtual event. This is designed to allow the school to hold the event in the safest form possible. As of right now, the auction will begin the week of Thanksgiving and will end on Friday, December 4. We are going to have unique ways of raffling and doing live auctions virtually, so don’t feel like you are missing out on any of the favorites from the past! We are just finding safe and fun ways to present it this year! All items and packages will be ready for pickup at HCA on Saturday, December 5. Winners will pull under the portico at Building D, present their bidder number and items will be loaded into their vehicle. Should the winner elect to pay in person at pickup, payments will be accepted at the time.

Bidders are immediately notified via text and/or email when they have been outbid (no more racing to clipboards!)
